Routine Lawn Maintenance (As Required):

This program is basically the same as weekly maintenance.  The only real difference is that you do not have a set day every week and as such it may be slightly cheaper.  We still intend to perform 28 services on your property over the course of the season.  To get the best price client agrees on a minimum of 26 services barring drought conditions.  This program has us coming at regular intervals based on the growing conditions at that time of the season.  Example:  In May we may have to come at 5 day intervals, while in August we may come at 12 day intervals.  It works out to be 28 services in typical season.
