Full Service Lawn/Property Maintenance: We perform all aspects of the "Premium Lawn Maintenance Program" as well as keep your landscape beds looking great, shrub and bushes properly trimmed and much more. These programs are designed on an individual basis and can be extended to include Fertilization & Weed Control or any other services we provide. Maintenance Schedules: Weekly Maintenance: Is just that, service on a weekly basis. Generally, we will agree on a day each week and you can count on us to be there. Obviously, there are situations beyond our control that can throw this out of whack. Weather being the most common reason. If your regular day is moved for any reason we will be there the first possible day to make it up. We will quickly work to get you back on your regular schedule. Among the advantages of this program is that the client has a very good idea when to expect us and that makes it easy for client to have fulfilled the "Customer Responsibilities" discussed on our website or in our agreements.. Service will taper off to as needed as we head into later fall. Weeks might also be skipped if severe drought problems would arise. However, this is our best priced program and is setup with a minimum of 28 service calls in mind. A well maintained lawn in this region should require 26-30 mowing sessions per season depending on rainfall and local growing conditions. If we show up at your property and the lawn just does not need cut we will spend an equal time performing other basic landscape & outdoor maintenance needs on your property. Keep in mind also that when we are coming in the heavy growing months of spring there will be times we will have to double cut your property and otherwise disperse clippings. That will make up for a few lighter maintenance services in mid-August. We also allow the customer to cancel 2 services if they desire and if they provide 72 hours notice that they will not need their property serviced that week. If you fail to notify us and we show up and you will be billed accordingly. If you are on a weekly routine we expect to provide service at your property when we arrive unless you have notified us per terms of our agreement. Continued |
