Fuel Surcharge Policy

In the event of drastic fuel price increases we reserve the right to add a nominal per service fuel surcharge to the invoices of our residential maintenance clients.  The fuel charge would range between $1.00 minimum (if implemented) to $3.00 (maximum) based on the size of your property and the distance from our facility.  A fuel surcharge will only be implemented if fuel prices would reach or exceed $3.75/gallon.  Fuel is one of our biggest variable costs and when we estimated your property we considered the current fuel price trend at the time of estimate.  If fuel prices would sky rocket we may be forced to pass some of that cost on to our customers.  Thanks for your understanding in this matter.
